Zupčanik wurde 1999 als Handwerksbetrieb für Kratzen, Verzahnen und Schleifen sowie grundlegende Metallbearbeitung gegründet. Als solche Werkstatt arbeitete sie bis 2010. Seitdem sind ihre Haupttätigkeiten die Metallbearbeitung und die Herstellung von Maschinenteilen, Baugruppen und Maschinen.
