FORESTER GmbH wurde 1991 als Auslandsvertretung, Export-Import und Produktionsunternehmen gegründet. Hauptsitz, Lager und Fertigung befinden sich in Sarajevo, Bosnien und Herzegowina. Als Handelsunternehmen FORESTER GmbH  ist zunächst Generallieferant für die Forstwirtschaft, offizieller Händler von Forsttraktoren (Skidder) “LKT”, Gleitschutz- und Schutzketten “ORVEX”, Ersatzteilen, Werkzeugen und Ausrüstungen.
