BHS: Pred kraj četverogodišnje opsade Sarajeva, sa željom da se pomogne obnova civilnog društva, te tako održi kosmopolitski duh Grada, 1995. godine Obala Art Centar pokreće Sarajevo Film Festival. SFF služi kao zajednička platforma za filmski biznis čitave regije, postavljajući visoke standarde u festivalskoj organizaciji, filmskoj promociji i prezentaciji u Jugoistočnoj Evropi.

ENG: Towards the end of the four-year siege of Sarajevo, with the desire to help the renewal of civil society, and thus sustain the cosmopolitan spirit of the city, in 1995, the ART Center Obala launched Sarajevo Film Festival. SFF serves as a common platform for film business of the entire region, setting high standards in the Festival Organization, Film Promotion and Presentation in Southeast Europe.
