BHS: Osnovi cilj Omladinskog Film Festivala Sarajevo je vratiti mladima poziciju u društvu koja im je nekada pripadala, osvjestiti društvo o problemima koji ih tište. Ono po čemu se OFF razlikuje od drugih omladinskih festivala što na problem ukazuje umjetničkim djelima – filmom prvenstveno – i rješenja nudi kroz ista ta djela.

ENG: The basic aim of the Youth Film Festival Sarajevo is to return young people to the position in society that once belonged to them. The festival differs from other youth festivals in the way how they point out problems and that is with artwork – film primarily – and offer solutions the same way.
