BHS: Ilidža Rock Fest” u organizaciji Yu caffe-a jedinstven je događaj u ovoj općini i održava se u septembru. Ilidža Rock Fest publici predstavlja mlade neafirmisane bh. rock bendove, ali i već dobro poznata muzička imena.
ENG: Ilidža Rock Fest organized by Yu caffe is a unique event in this municipality, and it is held during September at the Ilidža Cultural and Sport Center. This Rock Fest is intended to make public appearances in front of the audience to the lesser-known Bosnian-Herzegovinian music bands and music stars.
