It was founded in 1992 out of redemption warehouse which existed since 1982. That confirms
that we have more than 30 years of tradition in this business. The company deals with collection, processing and turnover of mushrooms, medicinal herbs, forest fruits, fruits and vegetables. Our company is one of the most important ones in Bosnia and Herzegovina that deal with this activity. All activities (purchase, process and export) we do with 42 permanently employees and about 70 seasonal workers (90% of them are women).
We would not be able to do this if we did not have a good organization in the field as well, where we have about 20 collection centers and over 2500 cooperants-collectors that have contracts with our company.
It is also very important to mention that we own our capacities for processing and transport of goods (dry kilns, cold storages (fixed and in the truck), cutting, grinding and packing machines, cooking boilers and very skillful workers which confirms the long-term quality of our products.
Since Bosnia and Herzegovina is very rich in various types of mushrooms and medicinal herbs of a remarkable quality, we tend to enlarge our production.
That is why we obtained new equipment which is in accordance with all the standards of organic production. We have the ORGANIC CERTIFICATE for organic products continuously since 2002, and beside this we also have next certificates: BIOSUISSE, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, BSCI, GLOBAL GAP.
Long tradition and a good quality are reasons for many customers from Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands, and Sweden and other countries. We also take part on Fairs of organic products in Paris, Nurnberg, Bologna, Cologne, Stuttgart and Dubai where we get very positive evaluation for our products.
We are very interested in contacts and cooperation with the companies that want our products directly or through their authorized representatives. We are ready to fulfill all the criteria of procession and quality of our products requested by the market.
Product details: The average annual capacity is about 100 tonnes of fresh, 80 tonnes of dry, 40 tonnes of frozen and 30 tonnes of brine mushroom. We deal with four types of mushrooms: Boletus Edulis (the biggest quantities), Cantharellus Cibarius, Craterellus and Morel.
Furthermore, we do about 40 tonnes of various dry medicinal herbs and about 50 tonnes of other forest fruits, fruit and vegetables.
In the season we do about 200 tones of berries with tendency of growing from year to year. We have our own production of organic raspberries, sort Willamette and for now we planted 1.5 ha and we have 20 cooperants and also we are planing to increase this production.
